We offer an end-to-end service - providing clients with creatives across the disciplines of Art Direction, Photography, Hair, Make Up, Styling, Beauty and Wellness.
We provide and encourage our creatives to grow by presenting them with opportunities to work with recognised brands and fashion houses internationally.
Beyond day-to-day management, we work with our clients and creatives on brand development, social media strategy, brand ambassadorship, production and events.

Faye Browne
FOUNDER / CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Faye - Instant manifestor, art director and hair healer. She has a natural ability for connecting communities internationally. During her career as a Hair Stylist, Faye has worked with some of the worlds most recognisable brands. Throughout her journey she has developed a powerful art of bringing together creatives from all industries and corners of the world.
Faye expands her creativity across different mediums including photography, styling and poetry - as a form of meditation and self-expression.
Her infectious aura has resulted in founding our collective community Moda Management, giving her the space to build incredible opportunities for not only herself but the team around her. She lifts as she climbs and there’s no sign of her slowing down.

I’m LC - the to-do list maker, I’m all things business related driven and recently discovered in my personality test the mediator. I am creative and imaginative and happily lose myself in daydreams - more often than not Moda related, of course. Dream BIG – if you can think it, you can create it.
As Moda CEO I am here to drive forward a creative agency that supports one another in becoming the best version of ourselves and create a success story that each and every one of us can be proud of.
Catch me in my spare time on my yoga matt, singing in the car to crazy dance tunes, cooking food for my nearest and dearest (I’m a pretty dab hand in the kitchen!) and travelling the world, my travel bucket list is never ending :)
Sophie Whippy
BOOKING AGENT / PRODUCER
Sophie is Moda Managements’ creative agent, blending her passion for the arts with a strategic mindset to elevate artistic visions. With a background in Photography, Fashion & Production, Sophie’s journey from a vibrant artistic community to the professional realm has positioned her as a visionary connector.
Having started her career in the imaging department at a London Modelling agency, she went into working in production at ASOS, and found her feet while working with renown colourist, Josh Wood. Her commitment to fostering meaningful connections within the creative community and advocating for positive change sets her apart in the industry.

BRAND MANAGER
I’m Issy - Moda’s Brand Manager and founder of NALA Creative.
It’s my job to look beyond visual identity, and instead seek cultural understanding of who we are and what we want to represent as a brand. I bring the strategy, guidance and creative magic to Moda’s branding, social media and web design.
I’m the driving force for bringing creative visions to life, but I believe that the key to that is instilling balance. I support those around me to bring stillness in order to move forward with a fresh creative mindset, always.
I’m somewhere between a yogi who will always say yes to a sunrise hike, and a tomboy who tosses her hair in a bun and rocks a strong pair of trainers. My advice to every problem in life is better skincare and more green juice.

Hey, I’m Sarah - Moda’s Social Media Marketing Manager here!
I bring the energy and creativeness to enhance digital presence and brand engagement, always one step ahead of the trends. I have a real appreciation for all things fashion and how it influences creatives to bring their artistry to life.
Outside of Moda I’m not just a regular mom, I’m a cool mom to my amazing daughter, love spending the weekends with my little family. The Capricorn in me provokes dedication and commitment that led me to 10 years in the finance industry. I also love to travel, I am a music enthusiast and a serial shopaholic, with a spicy Marg thrown in along the way.
